As a university
student, we often use google, wikipedia and yahoo answers for seeking notes,
answers and information. In fact, it is almost impossible for any student to
imagine his study-life without these search engines and encyclopedias.
Being a student
myself, I spend most of my time on internet, using social media and of course
search engines too. Recently, I came across a "social media for students" from all around the world. Docsity.com is, in fact, a lot more
than that. As I dug deeper into the website, I discovered notes, questions and
answers, blogs, news, videos and lectures. Visually pleasing to the eye,
Docsity.com welcomes you to a colorful and neat homepage. Several tabs
indicating notes, questions, news and videos lead you further inside the site where you find notes on every
imaginable subject of the world. Imagine sitting at home and going through any
specific topic you missed in the class today, exactly as the teacher taught it.
This is the beginning of endless possibilities!
The questions
and answers section provides opportunity to students from all over the world to
ask questions and receive answers by interacting with other students sharing
same interests. The site is offered in seven languages, making it easier to use
for anyone regardless of ethnicity or culture.
Docsity.com
helped me a lot by offering vast information on all the topics I needed, and
being an engineering student it is often very difficult for me to get the
accurate answers. Now, I don’t even go to google or waste my time on wikipedia.
All I have to do is go to docsity.com and start to explore. I even find myself
surfing this site in my idle time, reading articles
and news. All in all, I
would rate it +10 for all the difficult times it has helped me in and for being
so user-friendly. Thumbs up to the developers, they have literally made
student-life easy.
